<P>WINNEPEG, Manitoba – Palliser Furniture Holdings announced it has reached an agreement to purchase case goods resource Casana Furniture Company,<a href='http://beachbedwholesaler.com/beach-chair/186.html'>cheap swimming pool floats chair</a> a move that the company said will make it the largest home furnishings manufacturer and supplier in Canada.</P>
<P>The purchase, which is expected to be completed June 30, adds the Casana case goods line to Palliser’s brand portfolio, which also includes Palliser Upholstery and EQ3. Casana is known for its contemporary mid-priced bedroom and occasional selection.“This acquisition allows Palliser Furniture Holdings to present a complete lifestyle of products, including a variety of price points and design aesthetics,<a href='http://beachbedwholesaler.com/beach-chair/2746.html'>buy folding chair set in turkey</a> making us more effective at meeting the needs of our customers,” said Peter Tielmann, president at Palliser.</P>
